Consulting Services

I offer professional consultation and presentations to help organizations and businesses meet the needs of their diverse clients and employees.

As access to mental health expands and our communities and workforce continue to become more diverse, the need for training about equity is increasingly apparent. If we are to truly be trauma informed and create a safe and equitable work environment, we must teach beyond diversity: we must turn the focus toward genuine inclusion and belonging.

Over the past five years I have provided training and facilitated equity and inclusion conversations in various settings that include non-profit organizations, community centers, education and social service. My history and experience informs my consulting practice. Both in my therapy work and in consultation work I try my best to use mindful curiosity, cultural humility, and relationship building techniques to allow for openness and change.

I enjoy supporting non-profit organizations and community centers that focus on helping the Latino community. I offer psych-education on mental health and stress management, as well as conversation facilitation about the emotional impacts of documentation status, acculturation, and generational trauma, and I help connect folks to equitable and safe mental health support. I can provide a one-time training or ongoing consultation to help support your organization’s objectives.

Topics that may be covered in consultation or training:

  • Equity and Inclusion

  • Diversity

  • Acculturation

  • Generational Trauma

  • Documentation status

  • Systemic approach

  • Intersectionality
